Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Provide administrative assistance to the House Manager and other team members.
- Office Management
- Manage the office environment, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and training.
- Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Support
- Assist with the coordination of team events and training sessions.
- Provide support to the House Manager in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Education and Experience
- Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
