Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to our House Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Organize and maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as needed.
    • Provide administrative assistance to the House Manager and other team members.
  • Office Management
    • Manage the office environment, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and training.
  • Communication
    • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
    • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Support
    • Assist with the coordination of team events and training sessions.
    • Provide support to the House Manager in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
