We are a leading provider of reinsurance services, seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Technician to join our team in London.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the cash entry and application process for all ceded types, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Monitor and control external reinsurance administrators to maintain high-quality data and contract setup within our systems.
- Prepare periodical accounts for Outward and Retro Reinsurance business, providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Assist with the calculation and booking of premiums and claims recoveries for XOL, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure high-quality data and contract setup within our reinsurance systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Creation of RI presentations and analyses, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Calculate premium adjustments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Monthly checking of RI bookings, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Account preparation and analysis for all ceded types, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the ceded Aged Debt and Unallocated Cash Analysis, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in a similar position working in the insurance industry, with a general knowledge of reinsurance processing and handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
