We are looking for a highly qualified and seasoned Senior Infrastructure Program Coordinator to oversee and direct infrastructure initiatives within our educational organization.

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in program coordination, particularly in infrastructure-related projects, and demonstrate a successful history of engagement within educational environments.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive project frameworks, encompassing scope, timelines, financial plans, and resource distribution.
2. Collaborate with both internal and external parties to establish project specifications and goals.
3. Ensure timely project delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with quality benchmarks.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the main liaison for all communications related to the project.
Facilitate ongoing project discussions and updates with stakeholders, including academic personnel, administrative staff, and leadership.
Cultivate relationships with contractors, suppliers, and advisory teams.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure program coordination, with at least 3 years in an educational context.

Demonstrated success in managing extensive infrastructure initiatives from conception to execution.
Familiarity with construction, renovation, and facility oversight in educational institutions.

Strong program management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
Proficient in project management applications and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry benchmarks pertinent to infrastructure initiatives.
Financial literacy and experience in managing budgets.
