Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Search. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load and unload materials and products in our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility
  • Stack and organize products and materials in an efficient and safe manner
  • Perform routine maintenance on forklifts, including inspecting for any damages or malfunctions
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with inventory management by accurately recording materials and products moved

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift operator certification or license
  • Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for forklift operation
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to maneuver the forklift in tight spaces
  • Physical stamina to withstand long periods of sitting, standing, and operating the forklift
  • Attention to detail to accurately record inventory information
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
