Job Title: Associate Quantity Surveyor

Flagship Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. As a key member of our Property Consultancy, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-profile developments.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to take on a key role in our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, be a full member of the RICS, and have experience working on projects within the Property sector. You will be responsible for managing projects up to the value of £20 million, leading teams of people, and developing business through networking and repeat business from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead teams of people and develop business through networking and repeat business
  • Work on high-profile projects within the Property sector, including Residential developments, Commercial fit-out, and large Hotels
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Full member of the RICS
  • Experience working on projects within the Property sector
  • Experience managing projects up to the value of £20 million
  • Experience leading teams of people and developing business through networking and repeat business
