Deputy Company Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team at QED Legal. As Deputy Company Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the General Counsel and Company Secretary in ensuring the effective governance of our business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior qualified Company Secretary to join our team and take on a key leadership role in our corporate governance function. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, as well as leading and shaping change within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters
  • Support the General Counsel and Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective governance
  • Work closely with senior executives, the board, and the CEO to ensure effective communication and collaboration
