Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 p/a

MJ Quinn is a prominent national enterprise operating throughout the UK and Ireland. With a dedicated team of over 1500 personnel, we emphasize the importance of cultivating robust relationships with our clients, staff, and the community. We invite you to join us as a Field Operations Supervisor, where you will oversee Openreach initiatives and guarantee operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately report on Spine & Build progress
  • Participate in both internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Improve operational efficiencies and workflows
  • Update engineer certifications
  • Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the planning team for project execution
  • Manage TM requirements and compliance
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of Flex activities
  • Facilitate timely resolution of defects
  • Work alongside the Flex Manager to ensure contract compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector (Openreach)
  • Knowledge of NRSWA / Streetworks regulations
  • Prior experience in field supervision
