Job Title: Cyber Security Leader

At TalkTalk, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall security of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define a clear security strategy aligned with TalkTalk's business goals.
  • Leverage key partner and supplier relationships to define performance measures for security services.
  • Implement the cyber security roadmap to ensure security services are cost-optimised and deliver value to the business.
  • Manage the overall budget for security and ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Lead security governance committees to ensure cyber security is appropriately governed and managed.
  • Deliver regular security risk reporting to various security governance committees.
  • Develop and implement security standards that support our security policies and business needs.
  • Manage relationships with regulators, suppliers, and industry partners in relation to cyber security.
Requirements:
  • Senior leadership experience in information security and risk management.
  • Experience managing suppliers and establishing performance management criteria.
  • Proven expertise in security governance and risk management methodologies.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
