About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Research & Innovation Department as a Research Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to our team and contribute to the success of our research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the R&I Department Professional Services team, including coordination of diaries, planning meetings, and circulation of papers.
  • Support with procurement orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Systematically file documentation within the Trust's electronic shared drive and the EDGE platform.
  • Assist with maintaining good communication both within the Trust and externally.
Requirements
  • Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience of working in an NHS Department or knowledge of NHS systems.
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to use own initiative, prioritizing workload and utilizing organization skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively to a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent accurate attention to detail.
  • Diary management skills.
