About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to develop independence and personal skills
  • Transport and support individuals to participate in community activities
  • Assist with daily living tasks and home maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve positive outcomes for autistic individuals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, supportive, and sensitive to the needs of autistic individuals. You will also require a driving licence and a willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
