Bookkeeper Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our finance team at Mitchell Adam. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for general bookkeeping duties, including working with month-end procedures up to the trial balance stage, overseeing accounts receivable and payable functions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Perform month-end procedures, including trial balance and account reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, with experience across bookkeeping and completing accounts up to trial balance.
  • Familiarity with Sage Financial accounting software is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
