Maintenance Manager Job Description

Role: Maintenance Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Shift: Days - Monday to Friday (early Friday finish)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Engineers, overseeing maintenance of all manufacturing plant and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all Pre-Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out in a timely manner;
  • Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Oversee new projects from design stage to installation;
  • Work as part of the management team to improve systems and processes;
  • Recommend, support, and implement continuous improvement activities to improve quality of product and production output.
Requirements:
  • Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical experience;
  • A full driving license;
  • Knowledge and development of Computerised Management Maintenance Systems.
