About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at CONDUCTR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing our procurement strategies, driving cost savings, and ensuring a seamless flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives, analyzing market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks in the supply chain.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service capabilities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks, drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Procurement Operations: Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery, ensuring the timely and accurate acquisition of goods and services, and implementing and maintaining procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: Monitor and manage the procurement budget, ensuring expenditures align with financial objectives, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels, and tracking and reporting on key procurement metrics.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, identifying and mitigating risks related to procurement activities, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Professional certification in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the themed entertainment industry.
  • Experience working in an industry where annual cost-savings via supply chain engagement is the norm.
