Electrical Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in the Rochester area. As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, ensuring SHE standards are maintained, and ensuring a high-quality product is being produced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of Electrical installations
  • Ensuring SHE standards are maintained
  • Ensuring a high-quality product is being produced
  • Safe isolation of LV electrical systems
  • Review and monitor supplier inspection and test plans
  • Site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Support Commissioning activities
  • Attend collaborative planning meetings
  • As Electrical Appointed Person, ensure electrical safety rules are adhered to and supporting documentation is produced
  • Carry out electrical safety inspections on temporary and permanent equipment
  • Hold 121's with supply chain supervisors
  • Oversee electrical testing
  • Issue limitation of access permits
Requirements:
  • SSSTS or SMSTS - Required
  • Appointed Person Status - Required
  • FAAW - Required
  • ECS card - Required
  • C&G 2330 or 2360 in electrical installations - Required
  • NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations - Required
  • IEE 18th edition wiring regs - Required

This is a freelance opportunity with a rate of £350 per day, outside of IR-35. If you are passionate about working in the water industry and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
