Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Administrator to join our team at Dechra. As a key member of our Manufacturing & Supply division, you will play a critical role in implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solution across our global manufacturing sites.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ETL process within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data transformation and loading. This is a key project in our digital transformation, aiming to harmonize best practices across the global business, increasing efficiency, compliance, and productivity.

Role Responsibility
  • Validate and quality assure large volumes of information to ensure accuracy.
  • Support data conversion and cleansing activities, filling data within offline templates for uploading.
  • Extract, transform, cleanse, and load Master Data from multiple systems into the new ERP solution.
  • Prioritize data quality and recognize the value of Master Data.
  • Prepare accurate information for different data modules.
  • Harmonize and submit raw data within templates for uploading activities.
  • Investigate, resolve, or escalate Master Data issues to ensure data supports Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to close performance gaps and improve value delivery through improved analytics and insights.
  • Implement initiatives to improve data quality and consistency globally.
  • Collaborate with IT, site stakeholders, and corporate to design, implement, and improve data, tools, and reports.
