About Clinical

The Role

  • Participate in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway
  • Provide skilled clinical and technical assistance in the operating theatre
  • Offer peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
  • Current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions
  • Qualification in Ophthalmology or Perioperative care
  • Minimum of one year experience in an Ophthalmology Theatre
  • Knowledge of private and operation settings

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain expertise in ophthalmic surgical procedures
