Job Summary:The Cost Manager Pre-Contract Lead is responsible for overseeing pre-contract cost management activities for projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimating project costs and managing risks
- Coordinating with various departments and ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Establishing and maintaining a bid cost benchmarking database for each region of KSA
- Verifying and evaluating unit rates and modifying standard rates to suit specific project requirements
- Creating detailed project estimate reports, including assumptions, cashflow curves, and other relevant information
- Managing department financial status and identifying potential changes in scope of work of the contract
- Coordinating and managing the time, cost, and resources of individual projects and cross-departmental tasks
- Expert user of MS Excel, MS Office, and preferably with experience in Primavera P6
- Good written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma /Professional Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying Architecture or equivalent
- Ability to effectively plan and organize projects
Will be required to adjust working hours to accommodate project requirements.
