Production/FLT Operator Job Opportunity

Gap Personnel is seeking an experienced Production/FLT Operator to join a dynamic team in a well-established manufacturing facility in Pontyclun.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and offloading goods
  • Moving stock to designated storage locations
  • Operating various pallet handling machinery, including pallet trucks, reach trucks, and pallet wrappers
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
  • Ensuring adherence to COSHH regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a production environment
  • Good understanding and attitude towards health and safety and housekeeping
  • Good understanding and attitude towards Quality
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to work shifts
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Valid FLT Counter Balance license
  • Experience in manufacturing

This is a weekly-paid position, offering 40 hours per week on either morning or afternoon shifts, with overtime available. The basic hourly rate of pay is £11.55, with free lunch provided.
