As a Leisure Receptionist at Village Hotels, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your warm personality and 'can-do' attitude will make a lasting impression, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about leisure, fitness, and customer service. You'll thrive on delivering top-notch service, ensuring our members have everything they need, and that enquiries are handled efficiently. Your ability to understand individual needs and tailor your service will make you a standout in this role.

On a daily basis, you'll be meeting and greeting members, taking bookings, introducing new people to the club, resolving queries, and keeping our members happy. You'll be a key part of our team, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
