Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Real Technical Solutions. As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients, focusing on cloud infrastructure and service desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage AWS resources to optimize performance, cost, and security.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis and preventative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant AWS certifications or working towards (training can be provided).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an AWS Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in Windows Server.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Methodical, accurate, and thorough with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and team-oriented with a willingness to take on various roles and challenges.
  • Previous service desk or Service Management experience is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
