Job Description

Job Title: Building Surveyor - Asset Portfolio Specialist

Job Summary:

Vital Human Resources Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. As a Building Surveyor - Asset Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking annual property inspections and reporting on building assets to enable the development of robust asset management strategies and ongoing maintenance and renewal plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual property inspections to assess the condition of building assets
  • Report on inspection findings to inform asset management strategies and maintenance plans
  • Collaborate with the Route Asset Manager to develop and implement asset management plans
  • Travel extensively throughout the rail network to conduct inspections and meetings

Requirements:

  • Educated to HNC / HND level or equivalent in Building Studies
  • PTS (Professional Track Safety) certification
  • Experience in surveying asset property portfolios
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full driving license
