NHS Arden & GEM CSU is seeking a Lead Operations Manager for Platform Services to play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring that essential services supporting our initiatives operate seamlessly and effectively. You will be central to our operational framework, crafting and supervising processes that integrate national, regional, and local levels.
In this role, you will report to the Assistant Director of Platform Operations and may engage directly in managing various aspects, from platform governance to support frameworks and supplier performance metrics.
Your daily responsibilities may include developing and refining reporting mechanisms to monitor performance or innovating new processes, all while ensuring our services uphold the highest standards. You will consistently seek opportunities for enhancement, leading a committed team and ensuring clarity in roles and access to necessary resources for success.
As the subject matter expert, you will assist colleagues and stakeholders in navigating the intricacies of our systems and processes.

Work Environment:
- Work Schedule: Standard workweek consists of 37.5 hours.

Candidate Profile:
