Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in crafting innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, accommodating dietary preferences.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently in the Head Chef's absence, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold the highest standards.
- Implement effective stock management practices to reduce waste and enhance cost efficiency.
- Adhere to rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products.
- Deliver exceptional service quality to members, creating memorable dining experiences for special events and competitions.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Food Safety Level 1, 2, and 3 certifications
- Health and Safety Level 2 certification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Senior Chef de Partie role or higher
- Familiarity with manual handling techniques
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations and chemical safety
- Experience with kitchen equipment and tools
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
