This role is pivotal in supporting the financial operations of our EMEA organization, collaborating with various international stakeholders to enhance and deliver insightful financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and managing EMEA intercompany recharges.
  • Conduct monthly recharge executions and ensure their accuracy.
  • Generate regular monthly forecasts for intercompany recharges across the EMEA region.
  • Analyze actual financial results and perform variance analysis against projected forecasts.
  • Support the FP&A Senior Manager in gathering essential information from various countries.
  • Compile and review EMEA Capital Expenditure (Capex) actuals, verifying the accuracy of data received.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for Capex in each country.
  • Assist in analyzing actual results and performing variance analysis compared to forecasts.
  • Create analytical presentations for senior management to share with the EMEA Leadership Team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial controlling or reporting within an international setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for financial analysis is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with planning tools, such as Oracle EPM, is a plus but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
