About the Role

AG Consultancy & Apps Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.

Utilize proven project management methodologies to plan, execute, and finalize projects.

Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including functional and technical resources, to ensure a high level of competence and a positive team environment.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering SAP solutions accordingly.

Facilitate communications between project stakeholders, including external clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Present updates, findings, and project deliverables to senior management and stakeholders at various stages of the project lifecycle.

  • Risk Management:

Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, ensuring potential challenges are addressed in a timely manner.

Establish clear escalation paths and procedures for critical project issues.

  • Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and the efficient use of capital.

Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success and profitability.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, industry trends, and best practices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the company.

  • Team Development:

Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and development.

Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of project-related personnel.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Project Management, with at least 3 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA deployments.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects for major clients.

You will also need:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and the challenges of its implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate delivery methodology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to travel and conduct client visits or on-site project management as required. Familiarity with the SAP Gold Partner ecosystem and its standards of excellence is also desirable. A genuine passion for technology and making things happen in a dynamic organization is essential.
