About the Role

Akari Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and developing our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working within the healthcare sector
  • Management/Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
  • Hold an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN
  • A caring nature with the ability to give everyone a personal approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
  • Work well under pressure without negative impact to those around you
