We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Manager to lead our team and deliver electrical works and cyclical programmes of work for the Gentoo Group.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering electrical works and cyclical programmes of work within domestic and non-domestic properties.
  • They will lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and KPI's, ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver a range of electrical works and cyclical programmes of work, including maintenance, repairs, and new installations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of electrical engineers and technicians to achieve performance targets and KPI's.
  • Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including electrical installation records and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license.
  • C&G 2360 (Parts 1 & 2), NVQ 3 and AM2 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
  • Qualified to the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations BS7671.
  • C&G 2391 (or equivalent) qualification in the inspection, testing and verification of electrical installations.
Desirable Qualifications
  • SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification.
  • G59 Commercial (3 phase) qualification (or similar).
  • Asbestos awareness training.
Personal Qualities
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of managing and delivering electrical works and cyclical programmes of work.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Effective IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and Housing Management Systems and Databases.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
