Job Title: Trade Support Specialist

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Specialist to join our Equity Trading team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the post-execution activity of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist traders with daily reconciliations and post-trading flow
  • Support the booking of trades into Front Office trade capture systems
  • Monitor and resolve trade booking/confirmation exceptions
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify solutions for process improvement
  • Ensure risk issues are identified, prioritized, managed, and escalated appropriately
Requirements:
  • Experience in Equities Middle Office or Equity Operations
  • Knowledge of the Funding business and other products
  • Flexible and hard-working approach with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Trade Confirmation process (Oasys Global/CTM)
  • Risk awareness and good attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft knowledge, including advanced Excel
