Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals in Lutterworth. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide non-medical support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • No experience or specific qualifications are required, but a passion for supporting others and delivering excellent service is essential.
  • Experience in a care setting or interacting with older adults is beneficial, but not necessary.
  • You should be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting adult welfare.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 on weekdays and £13.00 on weekends, with double pay on public holidays.
