About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of baristas to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including stock maintenance and health & safety
  • Train and develop new baristas to achieve their full potential
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective team leadership and customer engagement
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the store
