Childcare Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Room Leader at Completely Care Ltd. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting high standards of quality within the nursery and supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties. They will ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keyperson procedures and allocate children to keystaff appropriately.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with a minimum of Level 3 qualification and experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. They will be able to provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child and promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.

As a key member of our team, the Room Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of playroom staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Allocating children to keystaff appropriately
  • Providing professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers
