About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment (London) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our client's properties in North West London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Health and Safety Strategies
    • Collaborate with specialist consultants to develop and implement effective health and safety strategies.
    • Assist functional managers in reviewing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Incident Management and Reporting
    • Investigate and manage incidents and accidents, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up actions.
    • Maintain accurate records of incidents and accidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure all health and safety activities are compliant with current legislation and best practices.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with health and safety, including asbestos management and fire safety.
  • Communication and Training
    • Develop and deliver training programs to operational teams on health and safety best practices.
    • Communicate health and safety policies and procedures to all stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and clients.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • NEBOSH qualified
    • IOSH qualified
    • Legionella qualified
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
    • Good understanding of health and safety aspects, including risk management and compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and influence teams to deliver excellent client and customer experiences.
