Recreation Assistant

Essential Qualifications:

- A proactive mindset

- Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction

- Understanding of health and safety protocols

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Ideally, candidates should hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with current training records; however, NPLQ training can be provided upon successful completion of a swim assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in regular pool rotations

- Supervise and maintain the pool environment

- Prepare and set up equipment

- Deliver outstanding customer service

- Address customer inquiries

- When not stationed poolside, contribute to your team by preparing Studios, Gyms, or Sports Halls for various activities and assisting with general maintenance of the facility.
