About the Role

Solirius Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our People and Operations Practice. As a Senior Bid Writer, you will play a critical role in managing the allocation of commercial opportunities to internal teams and supporting them in the development of winning written proposals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Winning Proposals: Craft accurate, high-quality, professional, and impactful bid responses that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with subject matter experts, account managers, and other stakeholders to develop bid responses that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Manage Bid Opportunities: Evaluate incoming bid opportunities against company criteria, prioritize bids based on strategic alignment, potential profitability, and company capability, and manage bid tenders and distribution to internal teams.
  • Establish Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Represent Solirius Consulting: Represent the company at pre-bid meetings and other stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze large amounts of information, identify key themes, and develop compelling conclusions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suites.
