Company Overview: Boden Group is a leading provider in Facilities Management and Technical Services.

Role Overview: This position involves a mobile role, operating Monday to Friday, with a total of 37.5 hours per week, covering various healthcare facilities including health clinics, dental offices, surgical centers, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, working with a variety of building service equipment.
  • Conducting emergency lighting inspections, fire alarm assessments, light fixture replacements, electrical wiring, socket installations, basic plumbing tasks, temperature monitoring, minor repairs, troubleshooting, and other general maintenance duties.
Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent) and hold either the 17th or 18th Edition certification.

Experience:
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or building services is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt to various tasks is essential.
