SIPP Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled SIPP Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of SIPPs, processing new business applications, and ensuring timely communication with advisers and members.
Key Responsibilities- Administer SIPPs, including processing new business applications and ensuring timely completion
- Communicate effectively with advisers and members to resolve issues and ensure requests are tracked to completion
- Contribute to projects within the administration department and build relationships with advisers and clients
- Ensure full compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain Quality Assurance across all areas of work
- Resolve complaints effectively and embed risk management in all aspects of work
- Strong SIPP knowledge and experience
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent and positive written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent numerical and customer service skills
- Ability to understand investment transactions and identify non-standard investments
- Aptitude to learn and adapt new skills, processes, systems, and tasks
