Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and polite service to guests upon arrival and departure during the night shift
  • Assist with luggage arrangements and personally escort guests to the Front Desk upon check-in, ensuring their luggage is delivered to the room on time
  • Assist departing guests with their luggage and coordinate arrangements for ongoing travel with other departments
  • Attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of shifts to maintain smooth operations
  • Ensure guest and back office areas are clean and tidy

Requirements

  • Experience as a Porter in a luxury hotel setting
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Familiarity with hotel products and all departments within the hotel
  • Fully conversant with fire and emergency procedures
