About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Retail Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and stock control
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Participate in stockroom organization and maintenance, ensuring a clean and efficient stockroom
