Role Overview

As a Graduate Environmental Impact Assessment Consultant, you will be part of our Planning, Environmental Assessment and Management team. You will be responsible for improving the environmental performance and conducting impact assessments for a diverse range of sectors, working across large-scale infrastructure projects, mixed-use development schemes, public realm and master planning projects, and world-renowned Energy and Power projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments for various sectors, including infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects.
  • Work on a range of environmental and planning projects, including major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in environmental assessment and management.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges.
Requirements
  • Graduating in or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Earth Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills, including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Will to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible, we embrace virtual working).
  • Hold a full driving license that allows you to drive in the UK.
  • Comfortable with site-based working, when required for projects.
