As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will significantly contribute to creating a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere, helping these students to thrive and achieve their aspirations.

In this position, you will join a supportive and inclusive SEND TEAM, providing one-on-one assistance to designated students. Your responsibilities will include monitoring their development, collaborating with parents, teaching staff, and external specialists, and participating in annual reviews. You will assist the SENDCo in developing and updating student profiles and maintaining accurate intervention records.

This position is incredibly fulfilling, as you will serve as a positive role model, inspiring students to strive for excellence and achieve their individual goals.
