About the Role

As a Homecare Assistant with CHS Group, you'll play a vital role in supporting older adults to live fulfilling and independent lives within their own homes. You'll provide companionship, care, and support, enabling them to maintain their daily routines and social connections.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care services tailored to the needs of each individual.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement with family, friends, and community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Care and Support Manager to ensure a high standard of care is consistently delivered.

About You

We're looking for compassionate individuals who are genuinely dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

  • You must be 17 years or older and possess a full UK driving licence with access to a car for work purposes.
  • A warm, friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities.
  • No prior care experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • We offer opportunities for professional development through Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualifications, with financial incentives for those who pursue them.
