Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant to join our team during the holiday season. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock, and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Manage stock, including receiving and processing deliveries, pricing and labeling products, and maintaining a tidy and organized stockroom
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging shopping experience, including visual merchandising and maintaining a welcoming store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods
