Role Overview

MyEdSpace is revolutionising UK education with a world-class online teaching platform. We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 students.

This is a full-time role with a variable number of lessons per week. As a Maths Teacher at MyEdSpace, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging online lessons, interacting with students, and creating educational content for social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver interactive online lessons via live streams, responding to student questions and feedback
  • Develop and prepare course materials, including curriculum plans, lesson plans, presentations, and homework assignments
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create innovative ad campaigns and promote the company's services
  • Communicate with students and parents to refine the educational experience and services offered
  • Support the Co-Founders in various company initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of MyEdSpace

Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a degree (or higher) in Maths or a related field, achieving a 2:1 or above
  • Achieved top grades, both at University and at A-level, achieving A/A* in Maths at A-level
  • Be willing to work in London (considering a hybrid working model for outstanding candidates)
  • Be a dedicated and hardworking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have completed ECT training or be due to complete it by 2024
  • Be authorised to work in the United Kingdom
  • Be willing to develop your personal brand on social media, with support from the company
  • Be driven to develop personally and contribute to a transformative educational venture
