About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager in Practice to join our team at Olivia Ruella Limited. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Plan and complete audits, as well as analytical reviews, accounts preparation, and work review.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise internal and on-site teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for fee development and growth, working closely with clients to build trusted relationships.
  • Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations, handling queries and delivering clear communications to clients.
  • Quote and Estimate Management: Provide quotes and estimate fees for clients, as well as assist with pitching to new clients.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold an ACA or ACCA qualification, with experience in managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SME clients.
  • Experience: Proven experience in planning and completing audits, as well as analytical reviews, accounts preparation, and work review.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising internal and on-site teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
