Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead on various initiatives across the Boots UK, No7 Beauty Company, and Boots Opticians business. As a key member of the team, you will report to the Reward Manager and work closely with the team to deliver on various projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading on reward projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing reward expertise and advice to business leaders and HR Business Partners
  • Supporting the design and delivery of our reward initiatives and continually improving processes to ensure our offering is appropriate and competitive
  • Developing creative communications to engage stakeholders
  • Producing timely and accurate data and analysis to deliver agreed reward principles
  • Applying governance to all our reward initiatives to ensure a fair and consistent approach
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships with the UK & Global HR teams

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects successfully, including budget, team, and schedule management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
