Physiotherapist Role in Community Rehabilitation

Hunter AHP is seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our team in a community rehabilitation setting in Hampshire. As a Band 5 or 6 physiotherapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based community physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a comprehensive community physiotherapy service to patients in need.
- Work independently as a clinical professional, utilizing your expertise in problem-solving, clinical reasoning, and specialist areas.
- Follow up with patients discharged from hospital to ensure continuity of care.
- Start date: ASAP
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Ongoing contract
- Location: Hampshire
