About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced statistician to lead our Research and Development Statistics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving statistical innovation and leadership across our R&D business.

As a statistician in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from preclinical statistics to early phase clinical development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining statistical models, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in statistics, a PhD in Statistics, and experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology and/or academia. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, managing projects, and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain statistical models and methods to support R&D business decisions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights
  • Provide statistical expertise to support project teams
  • Lead and manage statistical projects and teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • PhD in Statistics
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology and/or academia
