About the Role:
We are currently on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our client's production team. This organization is committed to delivering top-notch products and is eager to grow its workforce. The role presents a consistent and ongoing opportunity, with the possibility of permanent employment for suitable candidates.

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (+£10 bonus)
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - Midnight (+£30 bonus)
  • Shifts are rotating weekly.

Compensation:

  • Base rate: £11.44 per hour
  • Overtime available after 40 hours
  • Weekly attendance and productivity bonuses

Role Responsibilities:

  • Operate molding machines
  • Manufacture PVC components by pairing resin with molding materials
  • Hang molds to dry
  • Pack finished products for dispatch

Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive or have reliable transportation to arrive on time
  • Physically fit for heavy lifting and manual tasks
