About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spa Recruitment Coordinator. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and efficiently coordinating shift bookings to ensure seamless staffing solutions for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive and engaging interviews with candidates applying for temporary therapist positions within the spa and leisure sector
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and personal attributes to assess their suitability for various client assignments
  • Onboard therapists onto our Exclusive Temp Booking App
  • Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and clients, providing regular updates on shift assignments and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their strengths, preferences, and availability
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring all necessary information is correctly recorded in our internal database
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their staffing needs, shift requirements, and preferences
  • Match suitable candidates to available shifts based on their skills, qualifications, and client specifications
  • Manage all necessary documentation and communication promptly and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, maintaining a professional and positive approach in all interactions
  • Post temp job alerts and manage replies from our social channels
Requirements:
  • Excellent PC, and typing skills, and are confident in using Word, Excel, and CRM systems, as well as mobile and apps, this is essential due to the fast-paced nature of this role
  • Previous experience interviewing is essential
  • Working within a current or previous recruitment role would be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of the Spa and Wellness industry would be highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential

  • Competitive basic salary - £25,000 PLUS the following bonuses and commission
