As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and typing up legal documents, working with the Land Registry Direct system, and ensuring the conveyancing process is completed efficiently and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and type up legal documents and correspondence, including bills of costs and completion statements.
* Utilize knowledge of the Land Registry Direct system application forms.
* Complete Local Authority, Chancel, and other relevant pre-exchange searches with accuracy.
* Progress conveyancing transactions in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to legal requirements.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to fee earners as needed.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and files.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in client matters.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 6 months' experience in conveyancing, property law, and legal document preparation.
* Knowledge of relevant conveyancing software and tools.
